At the 6.25 mark, listen as the jockey is "suspended from further racing for 2 years" for fouling another horse. And the horse is disqualified. (but not at SRU Downs:D ) Wow. I didn't intend to watch the entire movie, but it was so interesting and I did. Great horserace cheating scheme foiled by Charlie Chan.
