Diana Nyad Cuba to Key West swim.

She's 64, swimming about 100 miles..she's about 8 to 10 hours away.

Hopefully she can finish it off, amazing accomplishment so far, hope she can keep going!!

I heard about the swim last night. She has tried before to make this swim, I admire her persistence. My fingers are crossed, hoping she makes it all the way sometime today.

If you watched the piece on CNN last night, you came away awestruck at how a 64 year old was able to pull this off. In order to pull this type of thing off you have to basically be convinced your life depends on it....or else you'll just quit halfway thru (if you even get there).

This is an unbelievable accomplishment and is on a par with the guy jumping from space, i just can't wrap my head around how a 64 year old could have pulled this off, it just doesnt make any sense.
