They watered the track to help out orb today..almost to the point of being muddy.
Your thoughts?
personally bothered me a great deal since I was into a p/4 heavily...might have changed or canceled my play if knew that was going on.
Water almost always speeds up the track, no?

Home field advantage would be the one reason why, if I were whiffleball whiz, I would NOT have booked those Orb bets his friends gave him to play...even though I didn't like Orb one bit.

yes, generally it does.
Orb drew the 2 hoes and Shug said he would be more forwardly placed this time.....a few dots connected. But being on the inside didn't get the job done.
Perhaps rigging a few stall doors to remain closed may have what Orb needed.

Will Orb be one of those Derby winners who wont see the winners circle again?
If he drops him out of grades stakes he might some high priced claimers.
Do they have a BC Claiming race?

I think Orb will be a better four year old. He should develop a better late kick with age I think. He needs a good freshening and then I think he'll be stellar next year. Hope he sticks around another year.
