All,
There was an excellent discussion on percent early some time ago. I had responded check the HTR Board for the January Newsletter as Ken Massa had addressed this issue. The only problem was you had to be a member to read the report. As in all newsletters, Ken posts them on his website for all to read a few weeks after his members have had a chance to read them.
Well, finally this newsletter is now posted for anyone to read. the web-site is www.homebased2.com.
