Happened Aug 11 in the 9th race at Saratoga. He's on :4: Who's in Town. Looks like he makes the fav:2: check at the 1/8 pole. No head on to see on TVG replays. He may have also bumped the :7: on the far turn. And some interference just after the start. He wanted to win that Adirondack Stakes badly, but was taken down from 1st to 4th.

As much as it pains me to say it was probably a legit DQ, cost me the p3 and p4 that day as I did not have the horse they moved up in to 1st.
I do feel however Corie Lanerie got himself in trouble on the favorite FiftyshadesofGold pretty much on his own. Rosario got pretty aggressive though in closing the favorite off the rail. Looks like he is paying for it.

It was Lanerie's fault for thinking that some jock was just going to move out of the way for him to come up the rail. Im not sure why he thought he was going to get thru.

Last year? The word in the title "again" seemed to imply it happened recently.

What is the "use by date" for the word "again"?? I missed the class in Internet 101 that discussed such things.

Last year? The word in the title "again" seemed to imply it happened recently. The correct way to say that would be:

"I interpreted the word "again" in the title to imply that it happened recently". 1 year is not too long, especially when you are discussing people competing in the top circuits. Hell, it just seems like yesterday when Rajiv Maragh was suspended for the Mucho Macho Man/AK bump in the Belmont.

Ok, while we are at this.. how come this is not being discussed or noted by anyone here at all? (Refers to Johnny V)

Totally agree. This is why you hire a local Saratoga jock, who knows enough not to try and come up the rail in a situation like that.
