R1: :2: HAGIBIS seems the class of the field judged from his smashing 2011 victory. Good workouts for an efficient long layoff trainer. :7: TOLEDO is a stalker/closer in a race with several quick frontrunners. :3: GREAT FRIENDS RULE is improving.

R2: full sixter of Ocean Sounds, an allowance winner here, :3: STYLISH SOUNDS is a new face in a poor field. Improved a lot (9 > 58) second time out and deserves an opportunity. :1: KATY'S STAR is the alternative, or the horse for the exacta.

R2 Wide open bottom claiming 3yo filles
Who broke maiden for best price and who owns most wins?
The 7 owns most wins and the question becomes did Autrey get a good one.
The extra half furlong would seen to benefit but weak LP figures suggest otherwise.
Katy's Star should benefit from post and early speed but last looks best. Underlay
The 6 Out of Thin Air looks like last race was paid work and was run with pointing for today.

The first 2 let the speed go on with it and Bejarano was able to rate the winner a little better. Wonder where Autrey takes the 7 next out. Fairplex?

R3: the speed, good figure (61) for a 2 year old in july, the ability of the trainer shifting from turf to syntetics (20% win) and being the paddock pick, favorite :9: BEHIND THE BOSSMAN is difficult to oppose.

3rd

thank God 3/5 was too cheap for me. This is the reason he was 17-1 in his debut: he's no good thing

Race 3
The 9 seems an overwhelming favorite outside draw is concern if can't clear over. Firster could step up and push the 9. Pleasonton horses seem like honest sorts and Miller can't be dismissed but 3-1 is a little high and looks like sucker bet.

R4: :8: CASA DE CAMBIO was impressive first time for Peter Miller and as son of Exchange Rate he should like turf (mother was stakes winner on the green too). In a race that could became very quick he can upset favorite :3: OLYMPIC BLUE.

R5: Very difficult little heat. Ronald Ellis claims very few horses, but always for good (44% win off the claim): :3: NEXTDOORNEIGHBOR, a shaky call.

Like the workouts on the 1 and Kruse has been getting hot with theses types.
Would think the 3 could run at MSW elsewhere if that good.
The 7 could go on a suicide mission with the bug weight and gets off rail from last.

R6: :7: TOPPERS JACKIE ran a hell of a race in her debut and today with 110 pounds (from 5 to 14 pounds lighter than the rest) is a playable longshot.

Toppers Jackie sucked me in too. The logic against the 7 after the fact would be that the last maybe should have attracted a better jock and the trainer jock connection was zilch.
Race 7
I love Shumoos here as last well no one was catching Reneesgot Zip and Nakatani wrapped up. Should run better today and distance and not surface is the factor
10 WP 5
The rail was no place to be in that race. Gave any winnings tonight back to them plus a little. Getting some needed Fri night rest. Adios and see ya manana

R7: Classy :5: SHUMOOS is training very well after meeting speed monster Reneesgotzip and has upset potential first time over the American green.

R8: I like the workouts pattern of :4: REST LAKE

1.02.2 > RACE > 1.00.4 > 59.3

That race made her good (14 lengths better in the morning) and Eurton strong in the second off this kind of long layoffs (23%win).
