Playing top pick $10WP and roll the pick3's for the buck. Early handicapping here for fast and firm and way before scratches. The picks:

Race -1 The :4: . Jacobson has 3 out of 7 runners in this event including the 1st and 2nd choices on the ML. We'll ride along with Cohen here on the probable speed of the race. Last seen flashing speed against the likes of Hymn Book and Mucho Macho Man, no such animals here. :4: :1: :1a: :2:

Race -2 The :2: . She ran a 90 Bris figure at 1st asking and that flat out wins this race handily. Levine 18% off the layoff and 18% with 2nd career starters. By Bustin Stones, A very good 2 year old NY bred sire. Looks like chalk city here. :2: :3: :4:

Race -3 The :5: . Wide open event for fillies going 1 1/8miles over the inner turf. Tabbing the Ellis park shipper for 17% shipping trainer McPeek. Bred to run all day and owns two 3rds at this distance. Garcia up for the ride today. :5: :4: :6:

Race -4 The :1: . Another tough little turf sprint at Saratoga. Anyone could win this race. May be reaching a bit here but I'm taking the Contessa runner with speed and the fence. Brilliant string of workouts over the course for this including 2 bullets in the holster. 6-1 feels right. :1: :4: :5:

Race -5 The :2: Looks like a race for a 1st timer in here. Castellano rides for McPeek here instead of Brown on the :6: . Makes me think this is the one to beat. Has some nice works at Kee and over the turf course here. This is a crapshoot .I'll take 3 1sters in the pick 3. :2: :4: :5:

Race -6 The :10: . The Johns Call Stakes. Winner of this very stakes last year drops in off the G1 beating in the UN. Reunited with J. Alvarado who was up for win last year. Distance will not be a problem. :10: :2: :3:

Race -7 The :2: . 2 year old fillies going short in here. Picking the Mott runner at 8-1 here. Trainer not known for having them cranked at 1st asking has a bullet work with this one over the surface in July. Rosario sees fit to ride this Claiborne Farm runner. Again taking 1st timers in the pick3. :2: :4: :5:

Race -8 The :1: . Streamlined field of 6 on the weeds in here. May have a tactical advantage being what looks like the only speed in the race. Just missed in a stake at this distance over the Bel turf course. The one to catch in here. :1: :6: :3:

Race -9 The :6: . Longshot play here at 10-1 for Clement. Proven closer gets pace and added distance for her late style. Most of the runners here have not been past a mile. interesting here at a good price. :6: :8: :1:

Race -10 The :1: . 5.5F on the turf in the get out race. We'll go home with the WO shipper for Maker. Takes a big drop in class into the claiming ranks for the 1st time. (A 17% trainer angle). Cutback to the sprint gets the job done here. :1: :7: :9:

Will update for scratches later.

Good Luck N Good Racing From The KidCapper!!

Survived the scratch board with no major changes. Lost the :1a: in the opener and that's it. I will be away from my computer today so I will update the results later.

race 6: :4: ADDRESS UNKNOWN, winner of the prestigious Chester Cup in May ($185.000), this gelding is a tough stayer with a rating in GB (Listed stakes level) to be competitive in this field, more so being the distance unknown territory for most of them. He's got tactical speed (last time went up in front in a 18 runners field) and seems to me playable at 10/1

R8: regally bred :5: TABREED was so impressive in Monmouth... here she's rising in class but I don't mind.

win

3rd, they are running very slow on the turf here in Saratoga going two turns... (23.4 > 49 > 1.13...) this is the French virus, races without pace
