I have recently found a website, www.freelancers.com, where experienced data entry folks can be located. Prices are as low as $2/hour with higher prices for more skilled work requests.
I would like to propose create of a study to look at year-to-date Pick 3 payoffs. I would act as a project manager to develop scope of work, identify suitable candidates and manage their data entry effort. Work would be based on lump sum quotation.
This thread solicits invitation for who might be interested to invest in the development of a spreadsheet deliverable. We would need to agree on the details of the effort, but my interest is to target pools of $10k or more by track. The group would agree which tracks to include and the variables to be input (e.g. date, track, pool, odds-1, odds-2, odds-3, track condition, turf, first time starters, etc_)
This thread is for collaboration until we have defined scope and committed people at which point work moves away from this forum.
