Late Scratch Times at NYRA

Is there a reason why NYRA is so late in getting out their scratches? It seems other tracks get them out a lot earlier. Just asking. Do not want to start a debate.

As of 11:23, Saratoga has listed their scratches. Monmouth has no scratches listed yet. Monmouth is behind.

NY scratches are up by 11am local time just about every day, with a few rare exceptions....that's about 2hrs to post and good enough for me.

I have had problems with the scratch screen on the NYRA site...refresh your browser and you should be good.
