I bought a new Toshiba 14" laptop.I have Windows 7 Pro and installed the Virtual Machine to run my older programs and Dos in XP Mode.My problem is if there's a way to adjust the screen resolution (mine is set at 1366 x 760) so I can see the "Handicap" button on my Workhorse Pro 2.0.The slider doesn't want to move and is stuck on 1366x760 resolution.I'd appreciate any help from memebers of this board.Thanks.

Hi Ray,

Workhorse was not designed for widescreen monitors and resolutions. That is why part of the screen cannot be seen on a widescreen monitor.

However, hitting the enter key will result in the same as clicking on the handicap button.

Thanks,Jim. This is a real good program and I've been wondering why not much has been said or written about it.It was programmed by two great guys,Randy Kovach and Bob Cochran.
I've been using it with Aodds Gold 98 for the last 5 months.Love it.

Randy writes good stuff.
Where do you get WHP, does it use BRIS files?

To my understanding Workhorse is no longer available and can only be found on ebay. It does use bris $1 pp's.

Randy Kovach also wrote the Taulbot Pace Computer 3.0 and Aodds Super Gold 98.He also wrote the excellent manuals for them.
I had MPH,Joe Zambuto's and the old Sartin Kgen/Thoromation and Val4.All are excellent programs athough Zambuto's was 'clunky',but Workhorse Pro and Aodds Super 98 Gold made things easier for me.My personal opinion only...

Before somebody pays a lot money for it on e-bay, remember it is an 11 year old program with no support. These are usually not good deals for the buyer.

IT is still a better program then 99%, of the new programs with support.

I have owned Most of them and they are still some of my favorites.
They all had one feature that made them stand out called KEEP IT SIMPLE.
Once you learned handicapping these cut your work time in half. You did not have to be a programer or rocket scientist to run these.
They were like the old cars very reliable.
