Decided to visit Woodbine today. Just leaving now after 2 hours of Dish Network video feeds experiencing "Complete/Partial Signal Loss". Probably due to inclement weather in the area. Can confirm today that on site attendance has declined dramatically since 2nd floor has been closed on dark days . Also noticed that the temperature in there is so cool (60 degrees) and drafty that a warm jacket and a hat is a must or else plan on getting sick - complaints by patrons are ignored.
