Was it the "No wins" that kept him off the list?

I have a list of eliminations.

1. no race in past 35 days
2. lost ground last three race
3. no contender figure
4. post position
5 any hdcp reason

I am looking for the winner, I will throw out horses that could get in the money but does not figure to win.

#7 has a post penalty, the #8 has won from the outside.

Nothing is 100& but you have to go with high % figures.

Yr very hard to bet when track is off....plus there gonn be a 2 week hiatus very soon....they will be trying to get every penny they can....in other words this wool be a gas and go week there....high octane
