Sounds good - if he loses again, can we execute the bastard?No. The only capital offense he was tried for was murder and he was found not guilty. In the case in question he was found guilty of burglary, not a capital offense.

Also, the courts cannot impose a harsher sentence on retrial than that imposed in the first trial. Suppose a person is found guilty of murder and sentenced to life. He appeals and wins a new trial. If he is found guilty a second time he cannot be sentenced to death. To do so would violate his 14th amendment rights to due process and the prohibition of double jeopardy. The courts have found that the possibility of a harsher penalty from a second trial is effectively a penalty for seeking a new trial rather than a penalty for the original crime.

It's known as a lack of cardio exercise. OJ simply doesn't run through the airport anymore.

The only other explanation is that a "chubby ass" is a big hit in the shower. OJ must take his turn picking up the soap.

Actually, according to some rumors, the Obama Administration wants him to join their team. AG Eric Holder is said to have found the perfect spot for him in his department, and thinks that he would fit right in. :rolleyes:
