NYRA Claims it Overpaid the Breeder's Fund

Another reason why NY State should never have disbanded the Tax Audit units at the tracks. One of our duties was the daily calculation of the Breeder's Fund payments for accuracy; no telling how it was done after we left. I'm guessing the Fund just accepted whatever NYRA decided to send them. Looks like another audit will have to take place now:
