Exacta At Thistledown, Race 2, Friday 5/10

In the 2nd Race at Thistledown on Friday, May 10th, Unique Indygo won the race and the winning $2.00 bet was $27.60. However, the $2.00 Exacta paid $24.60. I need help to understand how the winner paid more than the Exacta.

Shame because I like this track and for the first time in recent memory they have decent size fields.
