Most of us don't speak the western PA dialect, Yinz. Please translate.

The guys name is Josh Brown. Former Dog Caller at Wheeling, I believe. Think he fills in at Penn and Charles Town.

The announcer is John Bogar. Fred Lipkin used to host the in-house show alongside Bogar until the casino came in, and that show ended.

Is Bogar retired or just on vacation? He's been there ever since I remember (20 years or so). I always liked his style.

Welcome back regular Penn announcer!
Was kinda indifferent to his calls... but in a way missed his unique style.
Glad he is back.

Just goes to prove there's not much difference between calling the dogs at Wheeling Downs and the dogs at Penn National. You only live once.
Good timing with the "dogs at Penn National" comment; R7 tonight might've been the worst race I've ever seen there. The last quarter mile was beyond-the-pale bad.

What style??? It's like watching paint dry. Dull and boring.
