This is very interesting you guys. California may about to be "fracked"?
This will have nationwide interest.
Will California become solvent again?

He'll never let it happen.....unless he gets something big in return.....but you never know. Dollar signs are inviting. I can imagine the riots and protesting......

Local L.A. radio host, Larry Elder was on Varney and Co. this morning.
They don't have the video clip up.....but I watched it and he argues that Brown just may have to do this. It would generate billions of dollars to Calif. treasury and pay for all Brown's union perks, and welfare programs.
He may be forced to throw the environmentalists under the bus.
Varney questioned this, as JR just did, but Elder was saying it could happen.
It should be very interesting if it does.
If Fox Business puts the clip up, I'll post it.
