#7 Roses for Romney is listed as First Time Lasik on the NYRA Scratch Board. Hopefully her improved vision will allow her to maneuver between/around horses through the stretch. She's been off since November and didn't have any works until early March, so I'm assuming she needed extra recovery from the Lasik surgery. Deciphering important nuggets of information like this is what Slope Handicapping is all about.

The post is correct - "Lasik" If you read the post, it talked about Lasik surgery and the ability to see better. The way the NYRA listed it was "Lasik", not Lasix.

Thanks. Thought it was funny that's how NYRA reported it on their website. It never changed the entire day.
