No, Kelly's better than nothing but PZF actually increases your ROI.

Good idea. It will be interesting to see how the outside horses do at Yonkers. Outside posts were my bread and butter years ago but now I generally avoid them. With Tenant In Chief last night I felt 5-2 was not good enough for post 7. If you bet the outside posts on half mile tracks you have to get compensated with decent odds.
