After a nasty spill at aqueduct yesterday, JV suffered a fractured rib & a chipped bone in his wrist. He hopes to be back by Derby time.
If not the "jockeying" (excuse the pun) for either of his Derby mounts (Verrazano; Orb) should be interesting.

Johnny V was supposed to ride Overanalyze in the Ark Derby this saturday, Bejarano has picked up the mount now. Also Wise Dan will have another jock this friday at Kee.

Shug announced today that Rosario will ride Orb in the derby.

If not the "jockeying" (excuse the pun) for either of his Derby mounts (Verrazano; Orb) should be interesting. I watched that race. Tough for him. Seems like just now he came back from a previous injury and was doing well. Hope he recovers well soon.
