It is amazing how confusing australian sites are. What day is this race run? it says 1st saturday in april through april 6th. Also what day in american time is it on? tonight?

damn, $3.5 million purse for 2yo's going 6 furlongs.
I'll be traveling but I hope I'll be able to watch this.
It looks like there's going to be a prohibitive favorite in Overreach.

They already have plenty of races under their belts for juveniles.

This year's Slipper will likely be run on a wet track. Has been fairly dry in the lead up to the race so most horses are unknown in the wet
