I understand that Newspapers need advertisers to make money, but, the online versions of print Newspapers have a annoying habit of hitting you with pop-up after pop-up and other types of ads which overlay the story you're trying read. It's very off-putting and, after a few visits, you don't want to deal with it, anymore.

Contrast this with Pace Advantage. The page is organized a simple way. The ads are either on top, off to the side, or underneath but never over what you are trying to read. It makes for a more enjoyable experience.

I have to agree, those pop ups and banners are very annoying. The lastest thing I notice is audio and video content, which starts soon after a page loads. Which reminds me of another issue I have, which is waiting for all this junk to load in the browser.
For sites I visit several times a day, I set up my browser to block many of the banners and ads.
