Denotes Horse On List

What does it mean when I see "Denotes Horse on List" on the daily workout report? Does it mean the horse is currently on the Vet's list or in need of gate works or observation of some kind?

I figured I'd refrain from taking my best guess until some time had passed, but since you haven't gotten a reply - I'm not sure what report you are looking at, but if I saw that without any other context - yes, I would assume that it was referring to a horse on either the vet's list or steward's list.

Yes, I meant the workout tab for a track and not an outside purchased workout report, sorry for any confusion.

I would think the STARTER'S LIST, i.e., the horse doesn't have a gate card yet.
