No catching the Red Devil's now!

Big congrats to Everton for the win with only 10 on the field.

Manchester City had to be close to perfect in the remaining 10 matches.
Today's loss may be too much to overcome. MUFC can go 15 points clear.

The real prize in Europe is the Champions League title.
It has grown to be bigger than any domestic league in my opinion, esp since most leagues are a forgone conclusion before the season even begins.

True enough.
The TV revenue from a successful run in Euro competition dwarfs all else.

Still a lot of prestige in winning the BPL and the FA Cup, and the same can be said in Spain, Italy, and Germany with their domestic competitions.

Try telling the 19 other BPL teams that not winning the league doesn't matter.
MUFC have much to be proud of.

Absolutely - i'm not keeping track but isn't this going to be 4 BPL titles in 5 years or something? maybe 5 in 6 years?

outstanding - and they're fun to watch...THEY SCORE GOALS

i'm just mad because they have RVP and Arsenal are a Europa League team now

Time for change at Arsenal, I'm thinking. Starting with Wenger.
Too big and great a club to be unsuccessful for long.
It all goes in cycles - Gunners could be back on top in less than 5 years.

BPL? EPL we call it.

Just to clarify the Prem v. Champions League question & which is the most important, it is definitely winning the Prem as far as the fans are concerned. No question about it.

When I first started following United (1968), it was the First Division.

You're right.
Nowadays, it's always the EPL - regardless of who the current sponsor is.
