Jarrod do you know when the Mountain switches back from their "winterized" surface ? Also would you know what the date was from last year that they did this? Thanx,

It was October 24, 2003 when they put it on, and as far as I know, they basically just scrape some dirt when they take it off, but I don't know for sure, and I have no idea when they would do it. Because of the freezing track, the times are actually better now and halfway normal. they were running 1:11 last night for 6 furlongs.

Thanx Jarrod. It will be interesting to see when they "de-winterize" if the horses who have not run well recently suddenly do an about face and run big!
