Golden Gate Pick 5 Carryover

Today there is a 32k Pick 5 carryover at GGF, which was generated by a 37k P5 handle last Sunday. It appears from looking at both the Equibase and BRIS charts that there was no payout at all on this Pick 5, consolation or otherwise. Is there any other Pick 5 at any track that simply deducts the track takeout and pays out nada for that day if no one hits 5? Seems kind of odd.

California doesnt have 'consos', the used to, but now they just pay out 5 winners and the entire thing (minus takeout) gets carried to the next day if nobody hits.
