Two months after the New York Racing Association board of directors voted that NYRA officers could no longer bet at the track, a memo went out yesterday, signed by vice president and director of racing P.J. Campo, informing members of the NYRA racing dept. — officials, jockey-room and racing-office employees, clockers, assistant starters, etc. — that they are also on the no-bet list (which includes not being allowed to hold a NYRA Rewards account).
