Picks for Aqueduct Saturday:

R1 - #6 Grand Player-Got used up in pace duel last time. Makes second start for new barn, I can see him establishing a clear lead in this group. Won in mud before too.

R2 - #8 Wheezer-Barn has no FTS stats, but his stats in limited starts will have me keeping an eye on the toteboard here. Also like #4 Fair Prospect. Showed good early lick in a tough heat two back.

R3 - #2 Ra Ra Superstar-Barn does well with FTS when they are well meant. I think #3 Blazing Song will go off favored though.

R4 - #1 Normandy Gold-Had no shot against slow pace last time. Should do well against this bunch.

R5 - #11 Satin N Silk-Another FTS from a low key barn. Shows MNR works, but is running here. Trainer does well enough with FTS to take a shot here.

R6 - #1 Bella Bourie-No odds on this one with all the scratches. But can’t see this runner not getting an easy lead in here. Toscano gets back on, should send from the rail.

R7 - #5 Contemptuous-Lifetime best fig comes around one turn. Got used up 3 wide going longer last time, should go better here.

R8 - #7 Wild Card Deck-Race should set up well for him. Barn should see quick dividends on pricey claim here.

R9 - #7 Jaglander-No telling how good this one is. Trainer does good with the sprint/route move.

R10 - #4 High Priced-Should be rolling late on what looks like a hot pace. Has run well in the slop before.
