I am trying to identify a horse that Mike Smith once rode. Does anyone know whose racing silks are these?

I tried googling them, looking around, etc. Can't find them anywhere.

Thanks for your help. It's likely from the nineties and the owner is probably no longer racing.

Look familiar. Was there a specific stake race in which he wore them & won ? Then I'd see if I could look up the records for that race say on Wikipedia ( if there's a page ) or that tracks web site through the media guide, see what year Mike won & if the owner is listed.

Here is the photo. The horse is an overwhelming favorite at 3-5. It's not a STAKE race.

The horse in the photo (Unbridled's Song) is not wearing the silks pictured in the first post.
He is wearing the Paraneck silks

So it's Paraneck's silks? Here's a shot:

Paraneck Stables (http://www.flickr.com/photos/lensjockey/2204816301/) by lensjockey™ (http://www.flickr.com/people/lensjockey/), on Flickr

that looks like the original post, but not quite the same.

Yes, I found it too. It's the same silks like Artax and Musical Romance with the letter "P" in the middle.

Thanks for all your detective work.

Thanks for confirming I'm not senile - the OP had a big script "R" and we've now discovered it was a big block "P" we were supposed to be looking for? OK . . .

But now the question is... Who do the silks in the OP belong too?

It's possible that they aren't a real owners silks.. it looks like the photo posted came from here...

A Party Kits site.. Silks (http://www.partykits.com/product_info.php?cPath=140_147&products_id=2188&osCsid=c7506a40cb45c164ce13ec291541484c)

even more possible than those last few posts, where they dropped the 'R' from the silks and replaced that with a 'P'....wow
