Collision at the gate unseats rider of the 4 and the 4 bothers the whole field around the track and only lets the 9 by at 62-1. Lets the 1 go by before the wire at 44-1 Triple paid 47K. If you can get replays you should watch it.

Im sick, my last wager was all all all 8 in the super. i used the 8 in the 3rd spot in the tri, but didnt go all all 8.

the longest shot won, the 2nd longest shot was 2nd and the 3rd longest shot was 3rd. I dont think i've ever seen that.

I'm sick too. I left the house for some coffee expecting to get back in time for the third race. I didn't make it and I had the top two penciled in for a bet. $1200 exacta - geez, ruined my whole day. I don't bet supers so I was spared that agony. :D

There was only a ~66k payout in the super pool, not 245k.

According to equibase, the pool was 88K and the payoff for $1 super was $225K.
I don't understand how that happens but they displayed the payoff on the simulcast as $450K obviously for $2.

It happens because they do not post the payouts based on the minimum bet amount. Horse racing is the only form of gambling that is allowed to post payout prices which do not exist!!
Some may say it is effective marketing. Others may say it is deceptive and tarnishes the horse racing brand.....

The 10 cent super was $22,595. Probably only 3 tickets were cashed since the total Pool was 88k. The rest was takeout. You are quite right, it does seem like a false statement on the payout. This has bothered me for years....

Didnt have time to 'exclude horses' they were loading into the gate and the race was about to start, i had to 'eat' the horses i didnt like, executive decision.
