And if they fail it, they should be kicked out of congress as unfit to serve.

One thumbed his nose at the exercise altogether, saying it’s up to the courts, not Congress, to determine what is constitutional.He's absolutely right.

I think a field sobriety test is in order before all votes. Might have kept Teddy around a little longer.

I've long thought they should have to pass a test in economics, statistics and one of the sciences (biology, chemistry or physics). Ditto the President and the Supreme Court.

I am not a republican.
And the court has been wrong before, and it has reversed itself.
