It is not the first or the only community that has started doing this, although considered high end by most who can not afford the starting price. There are community's that every house has a plane in the driveway and runway inside its gated entrance with guards. By comparison these homes have zero crime. There are several across the country each having a slightly different twist. In Nevada there is a track of homes also gated with a built in shooting range, also very high end and just money is not good enough, everyone is vetted in background.
