Is this another video or a publication?

Perhaps both.
As of now, my plan is a video with some printed materials.

Will this work feature new applications for speed figures...or will it be a study into the effectiveness -- or lack of same -- of speed figures as a primary handicapping tool?
I apologize for my inquisitiveness...:)

We'll see how it turns out.
Personally, I do not believe that speed by itself can be a stand alone handicapping method that leads to profit.
However, almost everyone uses speed and I am working on a new way to do so.
Better (I hope) even than the Regression Speed Sort (from NewPace & Improve/Decline).

I have stopped work on this project temporarily, in favor of another project that has grabbed my attention.
I will post about it in the near future.
