This should be pretty close the way I see it. Being from Boston it's tough to take Carolina, but I bet with my wallet, not my heart. That said, I like THE CATS to cover THE PATS. But, PATS still win!!

Pats 17

cats 13

Being two good defensive teams and both well disciplined, my best prop I got and bet was how many flags for game. line-15, I took the under.

GO PATS!!

The more I look at this game, the more I want to take the over. Both teams have underrated offenses, like last year's Bucs, who put up 49 against the Raiders. Can someone tell me the last time both teams combined to score 30 or less?

My pick...

Pats 28, Panthers 27...MVP: Tom Brady

Hi Bubbles
Good luck with you Pats
Being a J.E.T.S fan
I hope it goes a fellow AFC Easterner

you asked Can someone tell me the last time both teams combined to score 30 or less?

It has not happened since Super bowl 9
16-6

some other low scores since are

Superbowl #23 20 -16 49ers over Cinn
#36 20 -17 Your Pats over Rams

But nothing under 30
All time under 30's are

Superbowl 3 16 7 JETS!
4 23 7 KC
5 16 13 Balt.
6 24 3 Dallas
7 14 7 Fish
9 16 6 Steelers
close was #8 24 7 Fish

I'll go with the over here. Just think this will get wild. Both teams have strong defenses but they will be displaying offense today. Pleases the fans. Oh and unless the panthers knock out Brady, I'll take the Pats straight up. Take the points as many as you can get.

Now that was a Super Bowl to remember....good calls all around guys. Just when you think the under is in the bag, Carolina had 0 total YARDS in the 1st qtr  comedy or what
New England had every chance to cover, and the panthers
and the football gods, just didn't let it happen. Tuff loss
if you layed the points, As the line was inflated, cause the pats covered all year long just about. Bring on baseball......:o

Carolina Kicker. Game on the line and he kicks it out of bounds and PATS get the ball on the 40 with minute and change. Game over.

Exciting Game and I had 0-0 in a Nice square that connected in the 1st quarter... But as fas as a Good Game...

Your right Suff, that helped, but, Brady does it again. Brings them down feild enough to score, just like one minute left in the firt half. I believe his now 7 & 0 in overtime and 6 & 0 in playoffs. This young guy has proven to be very mature. He is the real deal. MR. COOL  Now, if we can only get the Red Sox straightened out:D

Your right Suff,

I went over to Fresh Pond to watch the game at a Friends. 11:30 they want to sit down and play Poker...I passed and called a cab..... As I'm coming out onto Massachusetts avenue in Porter Square , we hit a red light and all the Hooligans start pounding on the CAB... They're blasted. I'm sitting in the back with a Red Sox cap on....and they're screaming and pointing at me and rocking the taxi... screaming PATRIOTS!

lol... stay inside tonight...its cold and the fruit Loops are drunk

Bubbles-

You almost hit the score on the head and picked Brady as the MVP. I had the Pats but also had Deion Branch at 10-1 to be the first to score a TD. This time, Brady deserved the MVP. 2 years ago, Vinatieri had it stolen away.

If anyone didn't show up and could have changed the game had he done so, it was Ricky Manning. He fell down on coverages, he hit really weak, never showed up. If he brings his "A"-game, Kasay may never blow the kickoff, Brady may never lead them down the field, and Carolina may have an incredible upset to their credit.
