Help- What was the court ruling on Internet Wagering?

Did not the Supreme Court rule that states can't block interstate gambling? As long as it is legal in the state where the money is deposited, it is legel from anywhere. like to find a link to a news story covering the topic.

It was not a Supreme Court decision. To the best of my knowledge, no Federal Court has ever spoken on the subject, although I suspect several years from now as a result of TwinSpires suing Texas, there may eventually be a decision on the matter.
