what does this mean :--avg has detected high memory usage by the following application, total memory used 212 mb

Found this on the Google. You need to uncheck that option.

"Bring up AVG User Interface -> Tools -> Advance Settings -> Appearance -> (Uncheck) Display AVG advisor performance notifications."

what does this mean :--avg has detected high memory usage by the following application, total memory used 212 mbMany AV programs watch for unusual activity on your system such as a high percentage of memory use or high cpu activity for a certain period of time. The reason is that malware can many times "take over" your system. AVG was giving you a warning that some program was taking more than its fair share of system resources. If you were running a legitimate program that may do this (I get this warning when I do video conversions) then there is nothing to worry about. If you were not running a program that was system resource intensive then you probably need to look at the Processes tab in Task Manager to see what is making AVG give that message.
